Sophomore Warner Bros. syndicated magazine TMZ has been renewed for two additional seasons, with a pick-up by the Fox Television Stations through the 2010-11 season.

Renewals include stations in the top three markets — New York/ WNYW, Los Angeles/KTTV and Chicago/WFLD.

Season to-date (through Nov. 16), TMZ ranks third in the genre (behind CBS’ Entertainment Tonight and Inside Edition) in households, with a 2.1 rating, according to Nielsen Media Research data.  Comparably, that is up by 11 percent year-to-year.
