At least one retransmission consent negotiation between a pay-TV provider and broadcaster won’t be ruining anyone’s New Year’s Eve. Hearst Television announced Thursday (Dec. 30) that it had reached a deal Wednesday with DirecTV covering the group’s 29 stations in 26 markets such as Boston; Sacramento, Calif.; and Pittsburgh.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
