Ever since its inception, Fox Business Network has struggled to gain a foothold in the financial world, but the eight-year-old channel will have its best opportunity to break out Tuesday when it airs the next Republican Primary debate.
CNBC's Maria Bartiromo, anchor for the network's Closing Bell and host/managing editor for On the Money, is leaving the finance network for its competition. The exec is joining Fox Business Network, Twenty-First Century Fox's competing finance news cable network. The news was first reported by The Drudge Report.
