YouTube Asks Viewers Which Partners Deserve To Be Featured With 'On The Rise'

One question that has plagued many YouTubers over the years is, how does YouTube decide which users to feature on the homepage? Now YouTube is letting you decide, with a new monthly feature they are calling ‘On the Rise’.

For ‘On the Rise’, YouTube will be putting together a list of popular partner channels each month. According to the YouTube blog, this list will consist of “partner channels whose subscriber rate has quickly accelerated in the last 30 days but who still have less than 100,000 subscribers.”
