  • More than 200,000 jobs were shared on the social network with the company’s social job sharing solution.
  • More than 60 of the Fortune 500 companies now use Work4 Labs.
  • Recurring revenue growth of 170 percent in the first five months of the year.
  • Work4 Labs established partnerships with job-distribution service eQuest, talent-management provider Technomedia, managed service provider Allegis Group Services, and recruitment marketing expert Bernard Hodes Group.
  • Global expansion occurred due to large clients such as India’s HCL, France’s JCDecaux and Talentsoft, the U.K.’s Capgemini, and Africa’s Graylink.
  • Successfully integrated with Taleo, SuccessFactors, Jobs2Web, Kenexa, Lumesse, Peoplefluent, Technomedia, Graylink, Talentsoft, WCN, iCIMS, and Twitter.

Work4 Labs CEO Stéphane Le Viet said:

Several key developments to the Facebook platform — such as Graph Search, News Feed, Timeline, and newly optimized ad units — are improving the market potential and return on investment of recruiting with Facebook almost daily. And with key partnerships driving expansion while Work4 makes continued advancements with our recruiting solution, we are solidifying our position not only as an innovator, but also as the de facto leader in a market that’s rapidly moving out of its early adopter phase and into the mainstream.

The second half of 2013 promises even greater growth as Work4 prepares for several major product launches. From new partnerships, to expanded market share, to increased industry adoption, we expect to see a continuation of Work4’s exponential growth in the social recruiting space — and we couldn’t be more excited.
