Twitter Tarnished Media Figure Revolving Door: Rick Sanchez Returns, Jay Mariotti Out
Twitter regained one controversial media figure and lost another, as sister blog TVNewser reports that former CNN anchor Rick Sanchez has returned to using the microblogging service, while another sister blog, SportsNewser, reported that former Aol FanHouse and Chicago Sun-Times columnist Jay Mariotti deleted his Twitter account.
Sanchez moved his 145,702 followers from @RickSanchezCNN to @RickSanchezNews, and his first Tweet from the new account read, “now tweeting here @ricksancheznews. Thanks for all your love, support and messages.
