Roadhouse Interactive has launched Warhammer 40,000: Carnage on iOS devices. Based on the existing Warhammer 40,000 franchise, the game features an exclusive storyline from author Graham McNeill, and sees players heading into battle against the Ork threat in over 50 levels.

In Warhammer 40,000: Carnage, players take on the role of a Space Marine, challenged with saving the planet Mithra before it’s completely destroyed. The side-scrolling game offers over 500 pieces of gear for customizing the marine, including helmets, boots and more.

Players can play the game on their own, or team up with the friends on Fireteam missions. Gamers have access to a variety of weapons, including bolt guns, chain swords, grenades and thunder hammers, to name a few.

“When players pick up and play Warhammer 40,000: Carnage, they won’t know what hit them — but they’ll love it,” said Tarrnie Williams, President at Roadhouse Interactive. “We’re delivering a game built for the Warhammer 40k core fan, who craves some fast-paced action that’s built on the existing lore of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. We also expect newcomers will find it accessible, engaging and impossible to put down.”

Warhammer 40,000: Carnage is available to download for $8.99. Check back soon to follow the game on AppData, our tracking service for mobile and social apps and developers.
