Man Jailed For Posting Lover's Nude Photos On Facebook

A judge in Wellington, New Zealand, has made legal history after sentencing a 20-year-old man to four months in jail after posting naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend on Facebook.

Joshua Simon Ashby, 20, broke up with his girlfriend of five months and did what any rational person would do: he texted her “I’m going to kill you” and “Dead b…” and then posted naked pictures of her on her FB profile. The pictures were at first only visible to her 300 friends, but then they went public for all 500 million users to appreciate.
