Philippe Cousteau Jr., son of Philippe Cousteau and grandson of ocean explorer and filmmaker Jacques-Yves Cousteau, announced via Tweet that he will bring his extensive diving expertise to a regular blog for CNN.com, Gulf Dispatch, in which he will report from the scene of the disastrous BP oil spill.
Cousteau, head of nonprofit organization EarthEcho International, dedicated his first post to the beauty of the Florida coast as the oil from the Deepwater Horizon quickly approaches.
