PageFreezer, a provider of social media and website archiving solutions that meet regulatory compliance requirements, has added functionality to its Twitter capabilities.
New features include: archiving of public profiles and direct messages; archiving hashtags and search keywords to preserve entire conversations; digital timestamps and signatures for each archived page, making the content verifiable as electronic evidence in court; and support for the legal hold process.
PageFreezer announced in April that it added social media and blog preservation to its suite of services aimed at the financial industry, meeting Financial Industry Regulatory Authority requirements.
The company said the new Twitter features meet FINRA requirements, as well as those of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and those for litigation.
