NY1 News Browsing Home Listings on ResidentialNYC.com
Home-listings site ResidentialNYC.com will become NY1Residential.com following a joint-venture agreement between Time Warner Cable-owned NY1 News and the Real Estate Board of New York, and the initiative will be promoted on 54 Time Warner Cable channels.
NY1Residential.com is scheduled to debut early in the second quarter of 2010.
Listings on ResidentialNYC.com are updated every three hours to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication, and the site does not require users to register in order to search.
NY1 News regional vice president and general manager Steve Paulus said, “NY1 is proud to partner with REBNY on a site that presents the best real estate listings in New York City,” and REBNY president Steven Spinola added:
