NextPrinciples, SugarCRM Expand Their Partnership

When social analytics and engagement solutions provider NextPrinciples debuted its Insight-to-Action integrated platform in January, one of the features it highlighted was the platform’s ability to integrate with existing customer-relationship-management systems such as that of SugarCRM. The two companies further extended their ties by announcing an expanded partnership Wednesday.

The expanded partnership will allow brands to take advantage of CRM integration for objectives such as sales lead generation, customer care, and marketing campaigns, giving them “a true 360-degree view” of customers and interactions across Facebook and other social media channels, along with the option of integrating those records into the SugarCRM system.
