Kindle Breaks Sales Records Two Months In A Row
Amazon has claimed it’s sold more Kindle than in any previous month for the last two months in a row. In an 11/30/09 press release, the company wrote, “Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) today announced that November is already the best sales month ever for Kindle, even before Cyber Monday. Kindle continues to be the most wished for, the most gifted, and the #1 bestselling product across all product categories on Amazon.”
On 12/17/09, Amazon was again tooting its own horn: “Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) today announced a FREE Two-Day expedited shipping offer for Kindle, Amazon’s hottest gift this season, just in time for delivery by Christmas Eve.
