Assange reveals some juicy tidbits about how intelligence agencies have a portal that makes content about individuals on the site readily available. While it’s not freely available to government agencies, legal and political pressure can be used to gain access to information held by the social network. While it’s not surprising that such a system exists, many users were shocked to hear the news.

Fortunately, intelligence agencies cannot simply log in to Facebook and download all the information they want.
