HootSuite Adds SurveyMonkey, Chartbeat, and Content Gems to Its App Directory

HootSuite has added three new apps to its toolbox of social monitoring services to help publishers and brands mine the social web for content and insights, including SurveyMonkey, Chartbeat, and ContentGems.

HootSuite has added three new apps to its toolbox of social monitoring services designed to help publishers and brands mine the social web for content and insights, including:

  • SurveyMonkey, an online survey and questionnaire platform used by global brands;
  • Chartbeat, a real-time web and analytics tool for publishers; and
  • ContentGems, a content marketing software.

Starting today, HootSuite users will be able to install the apps to access the services without leaving their HootSuite dashboards.

Dave Goldberg, CEO of SurveyMonkey, raised the point that by using SurveyMonkey on HootSuite, companies can both listen to and ask an audience for feedback.
