The app allows users to search for recipes based on the ingredients already in their pantry
Food discovery app, Handpick, has officially launched on iOS, giving users access to over 10 million socially shared food posts from Instagram, food blogs and recipe sites. The app allows users to select the ingredients they already have on hand, and provides them with dishes and ingredient pairings based on those selections. In addition, Handpick provides social features for foodies, in a setup similar to Pinterest.
When searching for recipes and dishes based on ingredients, users tap on each individual ingredient in their pantry or fridge, and can stop at any time to view recipes matching those ingredients.
