Dilithium Signs with India's BSNL for Mobile TV

India’s largest wireless carrier, BSNL, signed an agreement with Dilithium, the content services provider, to deliver mobile video streaming services over the country’s 2G and 3G networks, MediaPost reports.

BSNL plans to roll out mobile TV services sometime next year; to make that happen, Dilithium is teaming up with HCL Infosystems Ltd to provide an end-to-end solution, which will also enable two-way video calls, the report said.

Dilithium’s mobile 2G and 3G video services currently reach over one billion wireless subscribers in 60 countries, according to the company.
