Any dictator worth his salt in the Middle East had best consider shutting down the Internet entirely unless he wants to soon find himself out of a job, and Muammar Gaddafi is the latest witness to that. Since nationwide protests against the Libyan government began on Feb. 17, Libyan revolutionaries have been getting the kind of exposure that drew worldwide sympathy and eventually toppled the governments of Egypt and Tunisia.
