Baltimore-based Warschawski has been chosen to participate in Subaru’s “Work Play Love” tour, a springtime initiative that will take the automaker to companies they they’ve determined promote a good work-life balance. The firm doesn’t work with Subaru.
“Our ‘Work Play Love’ tour is a recognition of those efforts and an invitation to come out and play,” said Subaru’s promotions and sponsorships manager, Todd Lawrence, in a statement.
The program, which was conceived by North, a Portland, OR-based brand firm, began last month and will continue through May. The company will stop by Warschawski tomorrow for an event that will include healthy snacks, discounts from outdoor brands, and more. Subaru contacted the firm and interviewed its leaders before selecting them to participate, according to Warschawski.
The tour is also focused on the 2012 Impreza, one of Subaru’s car models. They’ve identified three “2012 Impreza Work Play Love Tour Personas”: “The Balance Seeker,” who’s into farmer’s markets and yoga; ” The Urbaneer” who explores different neighborhoods and urban spaces; and “The Fresh Air Follower” who enjoys camping and other outdoor activities.
