Otto, who retired from P&G in 2010 after 13 years, will advise on corporate, executive reputation, and governance issues.

Schoen, a founding partner and former principal strategist for Penn, Schoen & Berland who has written 10 books and is known for leading the charge on “overnight polling,” will advise on corporate and public policy issues.
