Marketing cloud technology provider Unified Tuesday announced a host of upgrades to its Social Operating Platform, as well as the addition of PC manufacturer and new Motorola parent Lenovo as its 500th customer.
Unified Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Jason Beckerman said in an interview with AllFacebook:
Any Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin Preferred Marketing Developer can be seamlessly plugged in. Any publishing tool that a brand or agency is using can be plugged in. No integration work has to be done.
Improvements to Unified’s SOP include:
- A dashboard (pictured above) with one-click access to seven applications covering insights, content, and advertising, all of which can be accessed by brands’ creative agencies, media agencies, or technology partners, giving them all real-time access to social marketing data. Beckerman told AllFacebook that many users of Unified’s SOP are right out of school, so the company wanted to simplify its interface and make the user experience as consumer-facing as possible.
- Custom social intelligence reports for brands and agencies.
- Publisher-level permissions that allow for real-time feedback on campaigns from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and StumbleUpon staff.
- Full marketing funnel support from brand awareness to conversion, including the ability to target consumers via third-party data sources, website activity, and customer-relationship-management matching.
- Global currency support.
Beckerman said in a release announcing the updates:
