- Ready to spend: Twitter shoppers spent an average of $811 during the holidays in 2015. They have higher budgets and shop online more frequently.
- Deals drive sales: 73 percent of Twitter shoppers follow businesses to find special deals, and 43 percent are likely to visit a store after seeing a deal on Twitter.
- Planning is key: 84 percent of Twitter shoppers use Twitter in the planning phase, and 67 percent of in-store purchases are planned ahead of time.
- On the go: 38 percent of Twitter shoppers shopped when they were on the go.
