Friday is P-Day for The Times and The Sunday Times, as the two News International-owned U.K. newspapers announced the end of the free preview of their Web sites, along with a discount, paidContent reported.
Access to the two sites will be available for £1 ($1.50) for the first 30 days, after which the previously announced pricing structure of £1 per day, £2 ($3) per week or free with a seven-day newspaper subscription will take hold, according to paidContent.
