Facebook chief technology officer Mike Schroepfer and chief product officer Chris Cox revealed their sales of shares in the company in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.
Facebook chief technology officer Mike Schroepfer and chief product officer Chris Cox revealed their sales of shares in the company in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.
Schroepfer exercised 35,000 restricted stock units that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019. He then sold 35,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $78.80 per share, leaving him with 259,070 shares in the company.
And Cox sold 28,669 class-A shares at $75.60 apiece, leaving him with 574,851.
