MSNBC has added Jason Trubowitz to its marketing team as senior director of media. Previously, he was SVP and strategist planning director at Starcom Mediavest.
Debra Cabal has joined Porter Novelli Public Service in Washington D.C. as EVP. Prior to joining the firm, she was GM of Financial Dynamics’ D.C. office and senior MD of public affairs for the firm.
Mark Kovscek is Converseon’s new SVP of enterprise analytics, a new role. He has previously worked at Starcom MediaVest Group building analytic solutions for P&G, and at the VivaKi Nerve Center developing products for Publicis’ agencies.
