Fleishman-Hillard has appointed Anne de Schweinitz (left) SVP, managing director, and senior partner of the healthcare practice. She will relocate from New York to London, reporting to John Saunders, president of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. De Schweinitz joined F-H in 2011. She replaces Michael Rinaldo who has left the firm. Warner Brothers Pictures has promoted two execs in its international publicity department: Lance Volland to EVP and Désirée Finnegan to SVP, the role previously held by Volland. Based on the press release, many of his duties for both jobs will remain the same: overseeing the international publicity department and all of the functions of that division (the former) and helping with strategies and global campaigns (the latter). Best Buy's CMO Barry Judge has left the company, his @BestBuyCMO Twitter handle shut down. He's now tweeting from @BarryJudge, where he wrote this: "@KalPatel I am leaving. Optimistic about BBY, like recent announcements, Stephen Gillett going to be great. Rt time for new chapter for me." CEO Brian Dunn resigned last month. [via] Horn Group has rebranded to "Horn. A Digital Communications Group." The change is meant to reflect the integrated nature of the work the firm is now doing. The firm has launched a revamped website to accompany the new name. PAN Communications has hired Jim Barbagallo as SVP of client relations. He comes from Porter Novelli where he was a partner and MD in the Boston office. He was with that firm for 11 years.
