Public Memorial for Elizabeth Edwards on Saturday
There will be a public memorial service for Elizabeth Edwards on Saturday in Raleigh, N.C., the Washington Post is reporting. In addition, the family has asked for donations to be sent to the Wade Edwards Foundation, which was created in honor of Edwards’ son who died in a car crash.
Edwards, the wife of former senator and vice presidential candidate John Edwards, died yesterday at the age of 61 after a long battle with breast cancer.
