Finsbury and RLM to Merge
UK financial firm Finsbury and U.S. firm Robinson Lerer & Montgomery are merging to become RLM Finsbury. Roland Rudd, who co-founded Finsbury, and will be chairman of the new firm. RLM CEO Walter Montgomery will hold that position at the merged company. Both firms are under the WPP umbrella.
RLM is a full-service firm that boasts clients like Comcast and E*Trade. Finsbury is focused on IR, political, and financial communications such as M&A with clients like Ford and KKR.
