Facebook spruced up the storefront of its Marketplace feature, which originally launched last October, adding more visually striking icons and enhancing its search and filtering features.
The icons for individual categories make discovery easier for users, and Marketplace now also features an icon for nearby garage sales.
The new filtering options allow users to browse via general categories or dive deeper into subcategories, as well as to sort by location and price, and the feature’s classifieds section now features garage sales and housing ads.
Facebook said the redesign has been rolled out to all users who already had access to Marketplace.
The redesigned Marketplace (from the social network’s flagship iOS application) is pictured below, followed by images from the launch of the feature last October.
