Facebook is suing a site called Faceporn, saying the name and concept is too similar.
Facebook filed suit on October 15 in the U.S. District Court in Northern California, claiming that Faceporn is in violation of copyright, according to PCMag.
A notice on the Faceporn website says: “Faceporn will be back! Due to unforeseen circumstances, faceporn is down until further notice. We are doing our best to come back better than ever. We’re currently working to launch a completely new version of the site, and it will be the best porn site the world has ever seen.”
