Amid the extensive coverage throughout the tech media of Facebook’s new video calling feature, it took a comedian to uncover the first big bug.

Thomas J. Kelly, who often appears on ABC’s “The View,” posted the video below on his website, documenting an issue when using Facebook video calling on Apple’s Safari browser.

It seems that if you minimize the session, the video feed is still active, and the only way to terminate the session is to restart the computer.

UPDATE: Kelly tweeted at about 5 p.m. ET, “The good news is the Facebook bug seems to be fixed. But it’s still scary that the problem existed.”
