Budget Travel Books Four New Staffers
Budget Travel announced four new hires, including two in its digital sector.
Lisa Schneider joined the USA-Arthur Frommer publication as digital general manager, where she will oversee development and management of Budgettravel.com, Girlfriend Getaways, mobile apps, and e-reader products. She had been general manager of Bridal Guide Magazine‘s Web site.
Staying within the travel arena, Laura Michonski left her post as editor-in-chief at AOL Travel to join Budget Travel as deputy online editor. She has also worked with Sherman’s Travel Media, Condé Nast’s Concierge.com,
