ABI: Camera 'Must-Have' Feature on Cell Phones
A new survey from ABI Research said that the top three must-have features on cellphones today are a digital camera, Bluetooth, and music/radio playback, according to RCR Wireless News.
“The survey of 1,402 wireless subscribers in seven countries found nearly half of consumers want a camera phone with 2+ megapixels, and about one-third of consumers want Bluetooth connectivity and music/FM radio functionality.”
The report said that regardless, consumers still choose their carrier based on price, friends and family being on the same network and network coverage, according to ABI Research.
