As it did last year, The Advertising Club will hold a silent auction at its holiday party on Nov. 28, tempting you to open your wallet and purchase a “New York experience” with a big star of the advertising business. Among the outings for sale this year: lunch in Little Italy with Bob Scarpelli and Spike Lee; jazz at the Village Vanguard with Jeff Goodby; and (perhaps the most intriguing) suspender shopping with Andrew Robertson of BBDO. Proceeds go to the Ad Club’s foundation. Not that the Ad Club needs any help here, but what would be your dream outing with an ad executive?
