Whatever the wisdom of attempting “7 Days in a Sentra” in the real world, it’s a piece of cake in Second Life. You can live virtually out of your car forever and not exhaust one stick of deodorant. Nissan has launched itself into Second Life this week with a landscape that replicates scenes from some of the Horowitz commercials—plus there’s a giant car-vending machine, some remote-control mini-Sentras, video screens playing some of the ads, and a giant and cool-looking loop-de-loop. It’s also set up a road course to test your driving. And have a look for Nissan’s crispy, SL-roaming character, Toast Alicious.
