What we’re about to mention hardly ranks up there with not realizing thousands of people were recently stranded at the New Orleans Convention Center in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, but here goes: yesterday our significant other received a brochure from the Harvard Alumni Association offering an April trip on the steamboat the Delta Queen that concludes in New Orleans with "a specially designed tour of this vibrant city." The unusual timing of the of this brochure begs the following multiple-choice question—are Harvard alums:
