Judas Priest lends a song to Honda minivan

Honda has come a long way since Mike Love’s appreciation for its “groovy little motorbike,” because now, the Honda Odyssey is using a song (“The Hellion”) by heavy-metal legends Judas Priest in the spot below (which might as well be for Marshall amplifiers, given how prominent their logo is). This pairing makes more sense than you might think. Not only can Judas Priest provide a soundtrack for this van, they could be airbrushed on the side of it. Now that they’re all middle-aged, they can fill out those leather bikinis better than they ever could in their youth. Check out two more spots from the Odyssey campaign, by ad agency RPA, after the jump.
