Now, it’s set to jump blindly and enthusiastically on the bandwagon of user-generated content with YouAd, where the public can upload fully produced content for ad campaigns. A G&M rep says: “We recognized the tremendous cost and time savings of not doing any of the work ourselves and letting others do it for us. It seems to be business model that is working with sites like YouTube so we figured why not ad campaigns?” It seems foolproof.
