When it’s the thoughtlessness that counts
Don’t know how to break the ice since trying to make out with the girl from accounting at last week’s happy hour? Try sending her an e-card that reads, “You’ve been distant since the sexual harassment.” Brook Lundy, a creative at Avenue A/Razorfish, has helped create someecards.com (slogan: “When you care enough to hit send”), a site that goes places Hallmark would certainly not. The “Apology” section alone has several gems, such as “Sorry that smell I made scared your cats” and “Sorry my Web browser history scared you.”
