Bad news for marketers of 6-foot-long levitating sculptures, and of personal railroads. Those are a couple of the not-so-popular “fantasy” luxuries in this year’s Neiman Marcus Christmas catalog. A poll by Zogby International asked adults to say which (if any) of the catalog’s featured items they’d most like to receive. The favorite (chosen by 36 percent of the poll’s respondents) was the store’s limited-edition model of the 2007 Lexus GS 450h hybrid car (shown here)—a bargain at $65,000.
