Sorry to do this to you on a Monday morning, but you really should watch/not watch this NSFW Italian commercial from ad agency Armando Testa and director Jonathan Gurvit—possibly the most impressively shot ad ever to feature tons of disconcertingly jiggly man flesh. You'll have to wait until the end to see who the advertiser is—which, alas, will probably make you go back to the beginning and watch the whole damn thing again. Against your better judgment.
