McDonald's and Cossette in Canada, which previously teamed up for the subway snoozers campaign, continue their string of ads disguised as art installations with a trip to the beach, where vacationers took shade under drink-lid-shaped stationary umbrellas, promoting Dollar Drink Days. Hopefully they printed the Golden Arches or the Hamburglar's face on the underside of those things, because nearly every fast-food chain uses similar-looking stuff nowadays. Trifling criticism aside, this is a neat idea. We didn't see these umbrellas in the U.S.
