Be very careful making these logos bigger

Hezbollahflag If you can take a big step back from the political, moral and theological debate over Hezbollah for a second, you have to admit they’ve got a pretty cool flag. Any designer should marvel at how much they cram in there: a globe, a book, a sword, the Arabic phrase “Party of God,” and, of course, a fist holding an automatic rifle. There’s even a Quranic verse that says, “Then surely the party of Allah are they that shall be triumphant.” This and more stark symbols of violence and revolution can be found in Ironic Sans’ fascinating gallery of terrorist organization logos. I especially like how it’s conveniently broken down by visual theme, such as “two guns crossed” and “animals with multiple heads.” Via Presurfer.
