Publicis Media-owned agency Spark Foundry has nabbed two Omnicom Media Group (OMG) executives to join its investment practice.
Kelly Metz, who left her role as chief investment officer at OMD last week, joins Spark Foundry as chief investment officer (CIO), tasked with defining and driving investment strategy across platforms and audiences.
She joined Omnicom Media Group in 2021 as managing director of advanced TV activation before becoming OMD’s CIO in November 2023.
Spark Foundry’s current CIO Lisa Giacosa will transition to the new role of global client lead and chief transformation officer, where she will drive innovation for clients across the agency.
