Livescribe is a company that makes several different models of electronic pens. You can use these pens to write notes on regular paper, which the pens will then capture and store as digital content.

A couple months ago Livescribe started offering a $1.99 upgrade for its pens. The upgrade costs $1.99 and brings you 100 thousand most visited articles from Wikipedia. You can search offline abstracts of English Wikipedia with your Smartpen using normal handwriting, and then you can you can jump into other articles by following hyperlinks.
