Reliance on donations is an old familiar practice for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, but now he is actively soliciting contributions for his legal defense, on a Facebook page created for that purpose.

So far, the page has raised $5,700 for Assange’s defense fund that London-based law firm of Finers Stephens Innocent and the accounts Hazlems Fenton LLP cofounded, according to CNN. It’s unclear whether the firms or Assange himself created the page, nor when it went up.

The page shows a picture of Assange with the words, “I need your help.
