What were you tweeting about at the tail-end of 2014 – and how did you feel about it?

Remember when Taylor Swift quit Spotify? That announcement generated 10,000 emotional responses* on Twitter in the 24 hours after her statement, and almost two in five fans expressed love for the decision.

That new Star Wars trailer racked up 430,000 tweets, and 75 percent of those users were over 35 years of age.

What about The Interview? The controversial film totally polarised Twitter users, with 17.5 percent tweeting hate for the film, and 17.4 percent tweeting love.
