Union Metrics runs the analytics, who licenses the data from Gnip and has access to all of Tumblr’s “firehose” data. (Updated.)
Subscribers can monitor traffic for any Tumblr blog or topic. They can also filter by custom date range, tag, contributor and post. The analytics track reblogs and likes and how content spreads through reblogging.
The plans start at $499 a month. (Chartbeat plans start at $9.95 a month; Hootsuite‘s Pro plan is $9.99 a month.) Update: Union Metrics says the service is comparable to Radian6, whose packages start at $5,000 a month.
Union Metrics says individual plans are “coming soon.”
We “love the diversity and creativity that goes into making [Tumblr] the wonderful place that it is. And we know that not everyone works at a company with the budget for these plans,” Union Metrics said in its launch announcement.
