Trimble Outdoors Could Have Used Facebook Connect Instead
Trimble Outdoors, a GPS tracking and mapping site that lets you share your outdoor trips, has just launched its Facebook application. With this app, you can connect your Trimble account with your Facebook account in order to share trips on Facebook with friends.
After adding the application on Facebook, you’ll need to create a Trimble account if you don’t already have one. From there, you can port content from the Trimble site into Facebook, where the content will be shared within the application and across your newsfeeds.
