Facebook’s top executives kept the Securities and Exchange Commission busy Wednesday evening, as Form 4 filings detailing trading activity in the company’s stock were filed by Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch, Director Marc Andreessen, Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer.
Sandberg sold 168,556 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $49.0526 each, and another 1,200 at $49.51 apiece, and she now holds 12,123,507 shares.
The Sheryl K. Sandberg 2008 Annuity Trust sold 6,696 shares at $49.051 apiece, and it now holds 1,677,934 Facebook class-A shares.
And the Sandberg-Goldberg Family Trust received 203 shares of Facebook class-A common stock from Greylock XIII-A Limited Partnership, and it now holds 7,983.
Stretch sold 2,397 shares at $48.51 each, and he now holds 56,538.
The Andreessen 1996 Living Trust received 318 shares from Benchmark Founders’ Fund IV, and it now holds 3,236,308.
And the Andreessen 1996 Charitable Remainder Unitrust received 194 class-A shares from Greylock XIII-A Limited Partnership, and it now holds 34,278 Facebook class-A shares.
The Mark Zuckerberg Trust received 16 shares from Greylock XIII-A Limited Partnership, and it now holds 180.
And Schroepfer received nine shares from Greylock XIII-A Limited Partnership, and he now holds 622,262 Facebook class-A shares.
